They made the warranty repair on my e-golf a seamless experience. Charlie was super friendly. One star knocked off because I was told the car would be charged overnight after the repairs (as I had to drive back to Stockton with it) and it wasn't. They started charging the car on a level 2 charger while I was on my way. If they had put it on the level 3 charger it would have been ready in a much shorter amount of time. I waited almost 2 hours before I was told they had the fast charger. But that wasn't Charlie's fault, and I hold no blame. The repairs were done quickly, and when one of the service partners noticed I was still waiting, they finally led me to the level 3 charger. So besides the little snafu with charging, I couldn't be happier.
