Charlie and Jarred are the best! I rely on Charlie for his trustworthy opinion and help.But when I went to check out, another person helped me( because Charlie was busy) sitting across the desks from Charlie. This person was just typical...xf0x9fx98x9einsincere, nonhelpful, noninformative...couldnt even answer a question regarding what to expect at the 60,000mi service and an estimate of the cost if it was a major or a minor service.....long drawn out answee that he would uggg sve to look it up and then the prices would probaly go up by the time I did get that service performed.... typical. For him I would give him a zero. This other " service advisor" is what would drive me to another dealership. Thank God you have Charlie and Jarred.
