Chill, helpful staff and a clean, attractive environment make this Volkswagen dealership an overall appealing visit.
I bought my VW 2013 and since then I have been struggling to find a service team that can take care of my car efficiently and accurately. I have tried dealerships in Oakland, San Leandro, WalnutCreek, but find my self coming back over and over to Dublin Volkswagen because their team is just the best in the Bay Area. Specially Charlie Koehler and Philip Torres. DRIVE ALL THE WAY HERE and skip the head ache with other places that just donxe2x80x99t do an excellent job.
I had my car serviced here last week and I was very happy with the customer service. My service advisor was very courteous and kept me updated. He even offered me a rental car because my car was going to be in service overnight.
Service had is in and out within 30mins with a loaners car
