These guys are a class act. Down to earth, friendly, and made me feel at home. I shopped around quite a bit for what I bought, a beautiful Beetle TDI convertible. I chose to buy from this dealership because they earned my business. Great job!

So far so good..... all I can say, be patient and calm and it will all work out. My bug was in for the 30 day checkup....yes it took a while, because I'm not the only person in here. Be prep aired to wait...it won't kill ya! Service people are kind and don't mind answering questions as well as the parts guy... I also asked about a shuttle, I was then directed to a local service but it doesn't run on Saturday and another service gent said he would take me wherever I needed to go....so I say many thumbs up!

The Dublin VW that I visited was nothing like what these other reviewers have mentioned. I was, at first, skeptical due to the other reviews on here, but due to the proximity of Dublin VW, I decided to give them a try for a service repair to my VW Golf.Dublin VW was exceptional in every regard. I was greeted promptly and courteously when I arrived. I was fed doughnuts while my service advisor took care of the necessary paperwork. I received a call around noon to inform me of what was wrong and when the car would be ready. I received a call when the car was ready. My appt was flawless and my mechanic (Steve) did an exceptional job on the car. He sat down with me and addressed my concerns and made sure I was happy (and I was!). I will definitely be coming back to Dublin VW for future service and for the next time I'm in the market for a VW. Thanks!
