The salesmen Gary and Ricardo offered a fair price for the car I wanted (2017 GTI SE) which was ordered. Gary spent a lot of time with me going over the new features in the car after the purchase and they even got me a lower interest rate loan than they originally had quoted me. In all a good experience with not too much time spent haggling.

Sales Staff (forgot name) was helpful to me to charge my VW eGolf on a emergency using his chargepoint free account. Took time in spite of a busy weekend without losing the calmness in his face. (Btw, i appreciated the sales guy for his sales when he shaked hands with a customer who just bought the car and he was in happy mood :). He could have walked to the next customer to make more money. But he kinda felt he needed to help me first.
