Charlie at services department is really warm and helpful with good sense of humor. Never trying to get customers onto a higher price for unnecessary fixes and always explaining things very clearly. Will always come here for annual services.

Fast service. I ordered a key fob for my old Jetta, it came in fast and was programmed the same day the key arrived.
