very professional service, great resources available for customers, and great service

Great experience with anything I needed for my 2017 PASSAT. Very professional and transparent. Quick response and same day work was done for all the fixes I needed.

Dublin VW Service Center took my car in and got it back to me with no issues. Problem solved. Charlie was great to work with.

At arrival (30 minutes early) to the service writers they were a bit overwhelmed due to being understaffed at that time. After my turn with the service writer I was handled quickly and professionally and much to my satisfaction.

Service writers are great. I dropped my car off thinking it would be done by the end of the next day. They took it in early had a call about 4 hours later saying it was done. We have had our VW serviced there since 2010. Service Department and techs are great.

Joey Razawi was our Sales Person and he made this a most enjoyable experience. The Sales Manager (Vic) and Finance person were all great. Next time in the market for a VW. Dublin VW is where I will go.
