Super helpful and professional. Timing was quick and the staff stayed late to meet me and pick me up from the station. He even went out of his way to get me at the wrong station that was farther out of his way and was very kind and understanding about it. My car is in great condition and I feel like it is well cared for and looked after by Dublin VW Service.
5 star service department experience! Ixe2x80x99ve had my Mk7 GTI for 90k now and all the service has been done with Dublin VW. I always have my kids with me during my vehicles services and they make sure there is an appropriate vehicle down time and I come back to a nice , clean GTI.
Anthony provides straight forward explanation of what recall items needed to be completed and gave outline of work to be done. He gave me a realistic expectation of when my car would be ready and arranged a shuttle for me. He called me as he told me he would to update me on progress. Overall it was a pleasant experience bringing my car into this dealership. I highly recommend them to all VW owners and also any other car owners that want a great experience.
