Amazing service from Philip. Thank you for getting my car in and out as quickly and as smoothly as possible and for helping me figure out all the 3rd party billing stuff. Amazing guy!

Howard Saldana made the process of buying a new eGolf quick and painless. He was 100% transparent and gave us the best deal we could find. There was no arguing or haggling and no wasted time. We presented what we wanted and he delivered. This has been one of the best car buying experiences. Even the finance experience was great. Jimmy was quick and had us laughing and smiling even while we were signing the papers. This is a great dealership with a great team. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in VW. Charlie and Jarred are the best! I rely on Charlie for his trustworthy opinion and help.But when I went to check out, another person helped me( because Charlie was busy) sitting across the desks from Charlie. This person was just typical...xf0x9fx98x9einsincere, nonhelpful, noninformative...couldnt even answer a question regarding what to expect at the 60,000mi service and an estimate of the cost if it was a major or a minor service.....long drawn out answee that he would uggg sve to look it up and then the prices would probaly go up by the time I did get that service performed.... typical. For him I would give him a zero. This other " service advisor" is what would drive me to another dealership. Thank God you have Charlie and Jarred.
